General
The minimum age to join any course at Online Biz Digital School is 16 years. There is no maximum age. A student’s registration and enrollment for any course at Online Biz Digital School are a binding agreement to finish the course and to pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student’s agreement to follow Online Biz Digital School Education Private Limited terms and conditions.

The access validity & Course Duration for the respective courses is as follows:
Digital Marketing Certificate Course: 2 months from the date of final submission as per the provided calendar.
Professional Certification in Digital Marketing & Strategy: 2 months from the date of final submission as per the provided calendar
Please note that students will not be able to access the video courses and recordings of live classes for the above mentioned programs after the 2 months from the date of final submission as per the provided calendar
Reference material will be provided to students in form of downloadable PDFs with lifetime access.
Basic & Advanced Spoken english course: 2-3 months from the date of final submission as per the provided calendar.

Fees & Payment:
Fees for the complete digital marketing course would be INR 20,000/- for Pune location & INR 32,000/- for Mumbai location.
Fees for the Basic & Advanced Spoken English Course would be INR 7,000/-
All fees are payable INR and payment can be made as follows:
By bank transfer directly to our account. Please note that all bank charges must be paid at source, otherwise the student will be charged on arrival.
By Visa or MasterCard, There is a supplementary charge of 1.2% for all payments by credit card. All credit card payments can only be in INR.
By debit cards. There is a supplementary charge of 1% for all payments by debit card.

Modes of Fee Payment
All fees are payable in INR and payment can be made as follows:
By bank transfer directly to our account. Please note that all bank charges must be paid at source, otherwise the student will be charged on arrival. Please email us a copy of the remittance advice on (info@onlinebizdigitalschool.in). Please mention the student’s name and batch details on the remittance By demand draft made out to “Online Biz Digital School Private Limited” By debit cards. There is a supplementary charge of 1% for all payments by debits card The supplementary charges would either be a flat rate or a percentage of the transaction amount. The table below indicates the charges:

Batch Transfer Policy
If the student wishes to take batch transfer he/she will not have to pay batch transfer fees Fees paid for one program cannot be transferred to another program or another student/person

Fee Refund Policy
Registration fees are conditionally refundable and non-transferable. Conditions for the same have been mentioned below with the breakup of the refund amount Institute will cancel the admission of a candidate if the due instalment is not cleared after 15 days of the deadline Late fee payment will attract a penalty of 5% per week on the instalment amount after the due date Refund of any fees to students from the institute will be processed in 30 working days only in case of Post Graduate Programmes Refund is not applicable on Online Advance Certification in Digital Marketing [6 months, 4 months(Self Paced Videos + LIVE Sessions + 1 on 1 Mentoring), 3 months & 2month] and on short term certification courses If Online Biz Digital School is unable to offer you a place on a course, we will refund any fees paid by the student

Refund of fees is other cases
In case, admission of the student is cancelled on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the University, No Refund of fees is permissible Admission cancelled on grounds of failing the eligibility verification, then no amount will be refunded In any other case which is not covered in these rules, the decision would be taken by the Management

Admission Cancellation Policy
Admission of the student will be cancelled by Online Biz Digital School on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the University. No refund of fees is permissible Admission stands cancelled if a student doesn't report to the institute for more than 15 days and no refund of fees is permissible Admission stands cancelled on grounds of failing the eligibility verification and no refund of fees is permissible Admission stands canceled if a student fails to pay fees 15 days after the given deadline date

Placement Orientation:
Students will be informed about the entire placement process, attendance criteria, placement guidelines, policies and rules and regulations

Presentation and Soft Skills Training:
Multiple sessions on Presentation Skills, Soft Skills & Resume making will be conducted during the course curriculum

Career Guidance & Mentoring:
Career guidance and mentoring sessions will be conducted to provide students with profile insights, types of roles available, student selection process in agencies and companies

One to one Mock Interview Sessions:
Students are informed on interview etiquettes, negotiation skills and offer types available in the industry

Final Projects:
Students have to present and submit their final presentations at the end of the course. These final projects include theoretical and practical applications of everything they’ve learned in the entire curriculum

Interviews:
Interview rounds consist of multiple telephonic interviews & face to face interviews with agencies and brands

Placements:
Ensuring end to end assistance the students get placed either in a brand or an agency Guidelines & Rules and Regulations

Overview:
Online Biz Digital School shall aim to provide placement assistance for all passing out students. These guidelines are framed to ensure equality and fairness of opportunity to all the students. All students who opt for placement through IIDE shall abide by the guidelines prescribed herein below Any breach of rules specified below by any student, shall be taken up seriously by the IIDE who in turn will view the matter and take action against the student, as it may deem fit The Institution reserves the right of modifying any or all of the below norms and/or stipulating additional norms for placement which, in its judgment and discretion, are likely to benefit the student & the institution, immediately or in the future Placement is an additional perk offered by the institution. Final authority in case of any dispute would be the Placement Committee Head, his/her decision will be final The Placement cell and various other Faculty members only facilitate and provide the guidance to the students in terms of placements The complete responsibility of Placement is on the students, Online Biz Digital School being only the facilitator. The meaning of facilitation has to be clearly understood here. In all circumstances, it does not imply that Online Biz Digital School assures Placement to all the students. Online Biz Digital School provides 100% placement assistance to students. That doesn’t guarantee placement to any student or candidate per say in any form

Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for placements, a student must have a minimum of 80% attendance in the entire curriculum. It is mandatory for the students to attend the resume building and soft skills session conducted. Failure to do so may result in debarment from placements For the online course certification(VOD+Live), the student must watch all video lectures and submit all assignments to be eligible for placements Failure to do any of the above will result in debarment from placements Final Project has to be presented and submitted at the given date mentioned by the institute. Failure to do so will result in no assistance for placements To be eligible for a 100% placement assistance from the Institution and receive the final marksheet, it is mandatory for each student to fill out the Placement Form. If a student is not looking for placements, he/she still has to fill the placement form. Failure to do so will result in debarment from placements and non-release of the final marksheet Students‌ ‌are‌ ‌expected‌ ‌to‌ ‌behave‌ ‌professionally‌ ‌with‌ ‌all‌ ‌employees‌ ‌of‌ Online Biz Digital School.‌ ‌Any‌ ‌misconduct,‌ misbehavior,‌ ‌non-maintenance‌ ‌of‌ ‌decorum‌ ‌would‌ ‌be‌ ‌dealt‌ ‌with‌ ‌seriously‌ ‌and‌ ‌could‌ ‌lead‌ ‌to‌ ‌disqualification‌ ‌from‌ ‌all‌ ‌Placement‌ ‌related‌ ‌assistance‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌Institute‌

Note - Mentioned above placement policy is applicable for all the courses at Online Biz Digital School. However, specific placement policy for the course will be shared with the student on the day of orientation.

Attendance
We at Online Biz Digital School take attendance very seriously, attendance for all students has to be a minimum of 80%. We maintain attendance records We expect every student to be on time for every session. Latecomers are not allowed into class We expect all students to submit their assignments/projects on time Students failing to achieve a minimum of 80% attendance are not eligible for placements/internships from Online Biz Digital School The student will be considered as dropout/absconding from the said course if the student remains absent for 10 consecutive lectures, unless otherwise formally informed to the course management team

Photographs and Filming
Classes cannot be filmed or otherwise recorded in any way without the permission (in writing) of the CEO Online Biz Digital School Private Limited may use film or still photographs of students for promotional purposes You must inform the school in writing before your course starts if you will not allow us to use such images

Other
Online Biz Digital School Private Limited strictly adheres to the published age limits for courses but reserves the right to accept students who are slightly younger than the advertised minimum age. Applications from students outside the published age limits are treated on a case by case basis In very rare circumstances, the stated maximum class size might be exceeded. If this does happen, it will only be by 5 persons and for a very limited period The school reserves the right to cancel or alter a course. If we do so, we will offer either an alternative course or a refund The school reserves the right to change teachers at any time during the course to maintain teaching standards & quality The school reserves the right to alter session dates or batch start dates. It generally happens because of exams conducted by various universities

Governing Law
This Site and disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with all applicable laws of India.
